MANGO GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

-      4 cups oats

-      1 cup chopped almonds and hazelnuts

-      ¼ cup flaxseeds

-      ½ cup dried mango

-      ¼ cup date syrup

-      ¼ cup oil (coconut or rapeseed)

-      1 tsp cinnamon

-      Vanilla extract

-      Pinch of salt

PREPARATION:

-      Mix together all the ingredients, place them onto a parchment- lined baking tray and bake the granola at 180°C for about 10-15 min (or until golden) stirring it after 5-7 minutes.

-      Store the granola in an airtight container.
