BAKED PEARS

INGREDIENTS:

-      2 pears

-      1 tsp coconut oil

- 1 tsp coconut sugar

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- sea salt flakes (optional)

- fresh thyme

- Topping: Granola and greek style yogurt

PREPARATION:

-      Cut the pears in half and remove the core.

-      Sprinkle the coconut oil, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt and thyme over the pears.

- Bake the pears in the Airfryer at 180°C for about 10- 12 min. (alternatively in the oven)

- Top the pears with greek style yogurt and granola.
