TROPICAL VEGAN BIRCHER

INGREDIENTS:

-      ½ cup oats

-      1 tbsp flaxseeds

-      1 tbsp Chiaseeds

-      1 tbsp sunflowerseeds

-      1 tsp ginger, freshly grated

-      ½ cup almond- or coconutmilk

additional:
½ cup plantbased yogurt

Toppings: apple, coconut flakes, date syrup

PREPARATION:

-      Mix together all the ingredients for the Bircher and let it sit for at least 10 minutes (you can also prepare it in the evening and let it sit in the fridge overnight.)

-      Add the yogurt to the Bircher and mix to combine.

-      Garnish with apple, coconut flakes and date syrup.
