NOURISHING BOWL

 INGREDIENTS:

-      ¼ cup couscous

-      1/2 cup red cabbage, finely sliced

-      1/4 red bell pepper, in stripes

-      1/2 cup Chicorée

-      1/4 cup Kidneybeans

-      1/4 small Zucchini, in slices

-      Sprouts, toasted sesame seeds

-      Salt and Pepper

Dressing:

-      2 tsp Tahini

-      1 small clove of garlic

-      A bit of grated ginger

-      1 tsp maple syrup

-      1 tsp rice vinegar

-      1 tsp soysauce

PREPARATION:

-      Pour ¼ cup of boiling water over the couscous, season with S&P and let it soak for a few minutes.

-      Cut the zucchini in slices and fry in a pan with a bit of olive oil.

-      Mix together all the ingredients, add the dressing and garnish with sprouts and sesame seeds!
