CHICORÈE ORANGE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

- 1-2 Oranges

- 200g red chicorée

- 100g grapes

- 1 small apple

- 1 handful pecan nuts

- mint leaves

Dressing:

- 1 tsp mustard

- ¼ cup white wine vinegar

- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 1 tsp honey

- salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION:

-      Cut the orange into slices, wash the salad and tear it into bite size pieces. Cut the apple into stripes and chop the pecan nuts.

-      Arrange the oranges, chicorée, grapes and apple stripes on a plate and top the salad with the pecans and mint leaves.

-      For the dressing mix together all the ingredients and drizzle it over the salad.
