SWEET POLENTA BARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g polenta

  • 125 ml oat milk

  • 175 ml water

  • pinch of vanilla

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice


    PREPARATION:

    Bring the milk, water, salt and vanilla to a boil.
    Stir in the polenta and let it swell for about 5 minutes and add the lemon juice.
    Spread the polenta on a baking tray and let it cool down.
    Cut the polenta mixture into slices and brown them with oil until golden on both sides.
    Serve with fresh fruits, (plantbased) yogurt, nuts, hempseeds.
