Winter Porridge

2 Portions

Ingredients:

·       1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

·       2 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

·       3 cups of oatmilk

·       1 tangerine

·       A handful frozen blueberries

·       ½ pomegranate

·       A handful nuts of your choice

·       Hempseeds

 

Preparation:

·       Put the oats and oatmilk together into a pot and let it simmer (stirring constantly to get a nice creamy consistency)

·       After 5 minutes, add the cocoa powder and mix well to combine.

·       Chop some nuts of your choice and roast them in a pan

·       Also warm up the frozen blueberries, cut the tangerine into 1 cm cubes and unhinge the pomegranate seeds

·       Fill the porridge into 2 bowls and add warm blueberries, tangerine and pomegranate seeds

·       Top the porridge with some roasted nuts and hemseeds
