What’s the typical process of a project?
Pre-Shoot Communication:
We’ll connect via email, WhatsApp, or video call to discuss your ideas and wishes for the shoot. Together, we’ll create a mood board and a shot list based on your vision—covering style, vibe, colors, clothing, location, and more.
Feel free to share all your thoughts, questions, and wishes regarding the shoot with me. My goal is to create stunning images that reflect you as a teacher—your brand, your studio—and help convey your message and vision.
The Shoot:
It's important to me that the shoot is relaxed and stress-free. That’s why we’ll prepare in advance and align on key details, so I’ll already have a clear direction when we start shooting. Of course, we’ll also leave room for spontaneous and creative ideas during the session.
You’ll have time to warm up on the mat at the beginning—no pressure. We’ll ease into the shoot from there.
After the Shoot:
Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive a selection gallery with lightly edited preview images to choose from. You’ll then pick your favorite photos (based on your package), and I’ll finalize the retouching of your selected images.
Delivery:
The final, professionally edited images will be sent to you in high resolution (or web resolution upon request) via a downloadable online link.
Image Archiving:
I’ll store the raw files for at least 3 months, in case you’d like to order additional images later.
Scheduling & Cancellations:
I’m quite flexible with scheduling. Shoots can generally be booked on weekdays or weekends, preferably in the morning (for outdoor shoots, we’ll coordinate separately).
If you cancel less than 5 days before the shoot, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
For same-day or 24h-before cancellations, 100% of the shoot price is charged.
Of course, this does not apply in case of illness—we’ll simply reschedule.

I don’t just take boring pictures on white backgrounds — I bring your brand to life. I create imagery that captures the essence of who you are and what you stand for, so your audience connects with you instantly and meaningfully.
What packages do you offer?
Everyone has different needs when it comes to visual content, so I offer a variety of packages to suit different projects. From short 1-hour mini sessions, to a standard 2-hour shoot, all the way to extended sessions for larger projects and campaign shoots—there’s something for every scope and budget.

WHAT ABOUT USAGE RIGHTS?
The listed prices apply to personal projects. You may use the photos for your personal marketing on social media and your website, with credit as follows:

Prior approval is required for the following uses (please contact me at foodphotography@crea-via.com):
Print use in any kind of publication
Sub-licensing, resale, or rental of the images
Distribution to third parties for online or print use
Use of the images for other commercial purposes (e.g., advertising services or products)
Such uses are subject to a commercial licensing fee, starting at 30% of the shooting price, depending on the specific rights required.
Important Notes:
The rates for personal use are intentionally kept low to support building my portfolio and increasing the visibility of my work.
Commercial use provides direct value to businesses—therefore, adjusted rates apply to better reflect the value of my creative work.
This allows me to continue producing quality content long-term, for you and others.
I reserve the right to use images created during our collaboration for my own promotion—on my website, social media, or similar platforms.
If that’s not okay with you, just let me know briefly.
Image delivery is via online file transfer.
Original files are stored for at least 3 months, during which you can purchase additional edited image packages if desired.
